With more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing special vacuum equipment, we have built an international recognition and developed a detailed and solid know-how in the design and manufacturing of special vacuum thin films deposition equipment.
Thanks to many collaborative projects carried out in the past, we have gained experience and a know-how that has enabled us to develop our skills. Our biggest challenge was to create a completely new and unique equipment for the processing of glass panels of two-metres wide.
Consequently, this equipment has a footprint of more than 18m long and 6m wide.
With regard to process, we have integrated an in situ surface activation as well as several cathodes for the conception of a multi-layer coating process. From a mechanical point of view, we have invented an inlet lock and a stacker that allows us to store up to 6 large glass panels. To date, this is the largest and most innovative of our achievements.
