One of the worst enemies for the air conditioning system is water, which, when mixed with a cold fluid, turns into ice, with the consequences of blocking the regulator and breaking the compressor. As a consequence, it is important to check the tightness of air conditioning pipes.
To satisfy the strict tightness detection of pipes, we have designed a leak detection system using Helium and H2 tracer gas, etc. This system is innovative and specially designed for this type of parts.

This leak detection equipment is a dual-station, which means that products can be prepared on one side while another product is automatically tested. Because pipes have different lengths and shapes, we have produced a group of sniffing modules to position sensors in the areas to be tested.
It is thus possible to use the leak detection station very easily and economically with the new range of pipes, by changing only the mechanically-welded supports of the air-conditioning hoses.
