PNGNeutral gas conditioning, whether done using helium, nitrogen or any other neutral gases, is used to prepare the inside surfaces of cryogenic sub-systems such as cryostats or cryogenic coolers, before final sealing (by pinching the copper tip for instance).

This preparation is meticulous and must be totally mastered in order to guarantee top level performances over the complete lifetime of the products.

This particular type of operation is mainly dedicated to applied research, R&D laboratories, defense and military applications and space optics production.

Alliance Concept has the right knowledge to supply that type of neutral gas conditioning systems. Our machines are of course clean room compatible and provide top quality process and advanced production throughput.
