The candidate must be technically versatile: general mechanics, electrotechnics, pneumatics and vacuum techniques if possible.<\/p>\nSkills Requirements & Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Vacuum techniques (theoretical & practical)<\/li>\n
- General Mechanics (relative to vacuum techniques would be an asset)<\/li>\n
- Electrotechnics (BC\/BR\/B2V\/H0V accreditations)<\/li>\n
- Technical English (a 6-month stay abroad would be an asset)<\/li>\n
- Computer Literate (Suite Office knowledge as a minimum)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\nFor this position in ongoing contact with customers, the applicant <\/strong>must have the following qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Be customer oriented with the ability to develop a long-term customer relationship<\/li>\n

- Be technically curious and versatile (at both technical and organizational levels).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
\u00a0<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Missions” tab_id=”1574607254557-d82f060f-f0ca”][vc_column_text]Previous Training: <\/strong>An in-house training will be provided for a period of 6 months (+\/- 2 months) during which the applicant will work in pairs on internal projects to quickly understand the way the company operates, as well as on maintenance operations, in order to quickly identify the various technologies and businesses to be assimilated.<\/p>\nCustomer on-site Intervention : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Annual volume: At the end of the training period, 80 to 90 days per year are to be spent at the customer\u2019s site, representing business trips of 1~5 days, from Monday to Friday. Business trips during week-ends are more unusual (business trips locations: France, Switzerland, Eastern Europe, Spain, Portugal, China and India).<\/li>\n
- Interventions are planned with the approval of the Customer Service Manager.<\/li>\n
- Organization of on-site interventions: preparation of the equipment, control of the references, preparation of the packaging according to our customers’ internal regulations, review for standard replacements, assembly of modules, wiring, etc.<\/li>\n
- Get and review the necessary documents for on-site interventions.<\/li>\n
- Perform preventive or curative interventions.<\/li>\n
- Manage interventions and be the customer\u2019s main contact (in charge of the operations).<\/li>\n
- Draft and follow-up the intervention reports (intervention form).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Sales:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- Participate in the drafting of the customer service quotations, by developing the technical part in accordance with the customers\u2019 discussions and in agreement with the Customer Service Manager.<\/li>\n
- Ensure accurate and consistent billing.<\/li>\n
- Ensure the responsiveness of billing.<\/li>\n
- Recall customers (especially regarding maintenance deadlines).<\/li>\n
- Provide technical support to our customers, either by answering phone calls or emails.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
